1. 본 제품은 본사의 엄격한 품질관리와 공정관리를 거쳐 생산되었으며,규격 및 외관검사, 물성검사에서 합격한 제품입니다.

2. 당사에서는 품질경영 촉진법에 의한 <소비자 피해 보상 규정>에 따라 당사 제품을 구입 후 제품의 손상 및 성능에 이상이 있다고 확인된 제품은 다음과 같이 보상하여 드립니다.

*품질보증기간은 구입일로부터 6개월이며, 할인상품의 경우 3개월입니다.

*접착, 봉제, 부자재 불량의 경우에 품질보증기간 이내 제품은 무상수리입니다.

*보증 기간에 관계 없기 고객의 취급부주의 (제품 훼손, 세탁 잘못으로 인한 변형) 및 당사 이외의 곳에서 수선하여 발생한 하자는 보상의 책임을 지지 않으며, 수리 가능한 경우에는 유상수리 되어집니다.

3. 품질보증기간이 경과한 제품의 부자재는 유상 청구됩니다.

4. 천연가죽의 특성상 물이나 비로인한 손상 및 염색된 천연가죽의 이염으로 인한 손상은 배상하지 않습니다.

5. 제품사용(마찰)으로 인한 가죽 표면의 마모는 자연스러운 현상이므로 배상하지 않습니다.

We use italian vegetable tanned leather and high quality hardwares as below the highest manufacturing standards.

Also, all products are made by hand in S Korea.

We guarante all your Havieandrevo products, against defects in materials and workmanship, for half year from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately, if there are any defects, please retune it with your warranty card. We will try to repair or replace it as soon as possible.

Please be informed that you can be inquired a suitable  reason to provide damages for our repair service.
